The Six Habits of Highly Effective Sales Engineers

This is the flagship workshop in the Tech Sales Mastery training curriculum for sales engineers.  It is based on the Amazon best-seller The Six Habits of Highly Effective Sales Engineers.  It is offered as the foundational instructor-led program, upon which all other workshops are based.  In this program we cover the following topics

  • Managing the partnership with your sales counterparts (Habit #1 Partner)
  • The art and science of Technical Discovery (Habit #2 Probe)
  • Demo preparation and storytelling (Habit #3 Prepare)
  • How to mitigate problems and what to do when they strike (Habit #4 Practice)
  • Demonstration best practices (Habit #5 Perform)
  • The principle of continuous improvement – how and when (Habit #6 Perfect)

Six Habits Focused Workshops

The Six Habits Focused Workshops are single-day programs that focus on ONE of the Six Habits.

During these immersive, instructor-led programs we go deeper into the techniques and best practices that lead to repeatable, predictable results.  They include role plays and mock scenarios.

We offer four variations of the Focused Six Habits Workshops:

Other-Centered Selling

Other-Centered Selling (OCS) is the flagship program of ASLAN Training and Development.  Designed to take the "hard sell" out of selling, it teaches sales professionals how to convert the rapidly growing number of unreceptive prospects and customers.
